Privacy Policy

Couple Flight Chess is designed as a private couples game. We try to keep personal data collection minimal and use data only to run the app, sync optional online rooms, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Information the app stores on your device

The app may store game settings locally on your device, including language, selected themes, custom cards, final reward choices, and current game progress. This data is stored in local app storage and is not used to identify you.

Optional online rooms

If you use remote play, the app connects to Supabase Realtime so two devices can join the same room code and synchronize board state, dice results, selected themes, task cards, and partner presence. Room codes are short invite codes. Online room messages are used for synchronization and are not intended as permanent account data.

Camera, microphone, and audio

Camera access is used to scan an invite QR code and may also be used for local video preview features. QR scan processing happens inside the app session. Microphone permission is reserved for couple interaction and future voice/video features. The app also plays local sound effects and optional ambience.

Support requests

If you submit the support form, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device details, and message. We use support submissions only to respond to your request and improve the app.

Service providers

We use Netlify to host the website and support form, and Supabase to provide optional real-time room synchronization. These providers may process technical data such as IP address, request logs, device/browser information, and service diagnostics according to their own privacy and security practices.

Purchases

If in-app purchases are enabled, purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card information. Apple may provide transaction status needed to unlock purchased features.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the app, comply with legal requirements, protect the app, or respond to your support request.

Your choices

• You can avoid online rooms and play locally on one device.
• You can deny camera or microphone permissions, though QR scan or media features may not work.
• You can delete local app data by removing the app or clearing website/app storage.

本应用尽量减少个人信息收集。普通本地玩法主要把语言、题库和棋盘进度保存在你的设备上。使用异地联机时，会通过 Supabase 同步房间码、棋盘进度、骰子和在线状态。扫码加入房间需要相机权限。支持表单提交的信息仅用于回复问题和改进应用。
